English - Grammar I

7. I said that it was because they hadn't got a record of the payment.

8. He asked if the amount of the invoice was corresponding to what we had ordered.

9. He said that if it didn't, he could give us a credit note to cover the difference.

10. He wondered if we would be paying the new invoice immediately.

11. He (told|asked) me to try to send the cheque before the end of the month, because their accounts department was considering changing the conditions of payment for following orders otherwise.

12. He said he hoped we could continue working together.

13. He hoped to keep us as a regular customer despite any troubles we might be having.
